The official LaLiga Academy in the U.S., LALIGA Academy New York, is seeking an experienced and motivated Youth Categories Coordinator to join our technical staff for the 2026 season – www.laligaacademyny.com

This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in the technical structure of one of LaLiga’s most dynamic & stablished international academies.

⚽ Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the proper execution of training sessions for all categories
• Ensure all sessions follow LaLiga’s methodology and values.
• Report directly to the Technical Director, maintaining alignment across all teams and staff.
• Monitor player and coach development within the academy.
• Coordinate weekly planning and microcycles through the LALIGA Academy Manager platform.
• Assist with Academy logistics, rosters, and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with families, reinforcing the academy’s philosophy and standards.

📋 Additional Responsibilities:

• Evaluate coaching staff and suggest continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate in talent identification and player tracking.
• Support internal tournaments and special events.
• Contribute to the growth of grassroots and development programs.

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

• UEFA Pro License or Level III Coaching Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum B2 English proficiency.
• Experience coordinating or coaching youth programs.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Alignment with LaLiga’s core values of professionalism, respect, and player development.
