Location: Cambrils, Tarragona (Spain) About the Future Falcons Program: Established in 2019 as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the Future Falcons Program is a flagship initiative of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF). The program operates from its European base in Salou, Spain, providing a structured pathway for young Saudi talents to reach professional football in Europe. Through participation in the Al Abtal International Tournament and strategic player placements at European clubs, the program has already facilitated the professional development of over 30 Saudi players. Future Falcons aims to enhance the quality of Saudi football, strengthen its global competitiveness, and build a solid foundation for future national team success. Role Overview The First Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach and Technical Director to implement the club’s elite football philosophy, methodology, and performance strategies. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and development-focused coach who can contribute to the holistic growth of young players, ensuring their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological progress aligns with the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in planning, delivering, and evaluating training sessions. • Support the development and execution of tactical and technical training programs.

• Provide individual player assessments and contribute to personalized development plans. • Assist in talent identification and scouting of players for the program.

• Contribute to match preparation, in-game tactical adjustments, and post-match analysis. • Utilize modern coaching tools and performance analysis techniques to assess player and team progression.

• Ensure effective communication with the Technical Director and other coaching staff. • Travel with the team for domestic and international matches and tournaments.

• Oversee player mental, social, and lifestyle development, in alignment with elite football culture. • Maintain detailed reports and performance data for technical review and strategic decisionmaking.

• Undertake any additional duties as required by the Head Coach or Technical Director. Required Qualifications & Experience • Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at a professional academy or U16 level and above (Essential).

• UEFA A License or higher (Essential).

• Strong understanding of modern football tactics, training methodologies, and development pathways (Essential).

• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to high-performance settings (Essential). • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and leadership skills (Essential).

• Experience in elite youth development and talent progression planning (Desirable).

• Background as a professional player (Desirable).

• Availability to travel across Europe and to Saudi Arabia (minimum 2-3 times per year) (Essential).
