The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is an MLS soccer club serving the greater Los Angeles area. POSITION SUMMARY
- Film and manage video recording of all first team training sessions and games.
- Prepare, produce, and share all first team training sessions and games with applicable technical staff.
- Analyze video footage and prepare recap notes.
- Assist coaching staff in scouting opponents for upcoming matches.
- Organize and facilitate individual training and game clips for all first team players.
- Manage and organize team platform for uploading and sharing videos and clips.
- Other duties as directed by the coaching and technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/ University in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a professional sports team or related position required.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Statsbomb IQ, Impect, Sportscode, and HUDL Platform.
- Experience operating a drone proficiently.
- Experience adding animation to video.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work productively and multi-task in an unstructured fast paced environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in English – both verbal and written.
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the event calendar requires.
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid and current U.S. passport and travel with team as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
