Cincinnati United Soccer Club (CUSC) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Girls Academy Director to lead one of the premier youth soccer programs in the nation.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of elite female player development and guide our top-level U13–U19 athletes through the highest standards of the Girls Academy (GA) platform.

What You’ll Do

As the Girls Academy Director, you’ll be both a strategic leader and hands-on coach, responsible for driving the vision, culture, and success of our Girls Academy teams.

·       Lead, mentor, and inspire talented coaching staff across all GA age groups.

·       Serve as Head Coach of one GA team while overseeing the full player development pathway.

·       Design and execute a high-performance player development plan aligned with CUSC’s philosophy and style of play.

·       Oversee all aspects of college recruitment, guiding players and families through the process with expertise and care.

·       Collaborate with club Technical Directors to ensure seamless alignment across the entire player pathway.

·       Represent Cincinnati United SC professionally at all Girls Academy events, showcases, and league meetings.

·       Build relationships with parents, players, and partners, ensuring open communication and trust.

 

What We’re Looking For

You are a leader, teacher, and connector, passionate about developing people as much as players. You bring both vision and structure to the environment you lead.

Minimum Qualifications 

·       U.S. Soccer B License (or UEFA B equivalent)

·       Leadership in a high-performance academy environment

·       5+ years coaching at elite youth levels (U11–U19)

·       Proven experience leading coaches and teams within a competitive academy setting

·       Strong understanding of college recruitment and established network within the women’s college game

·       Excellent communicator and relationship-builder

·       Comfortable working non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

·       U.S. Soccer A License or Academy Director License (Club Technical Leadership)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish)

·       Experience with Hudl, Veo, EyeBall, or similar video analysis tools

·       Prior experience as an Academy Director or Director of Coaching in an elite club environment
